Matilda Minerals is a Western Australian mining and exploration company set up to identify, explore and develop high grade zircon rich mineral sands deposits. Matilda owns and operates the Andranangoo Creek Mineral Sands Mine on Melville Island, 60km north of Darwin in the Northern Territory. Matilda has tenements at Pender (north of Broome) in Western Australia and applications pending on the west coast of Cape York in Queensland, on the west coast of the Northern Territory, in the NE Kimberley region of WA, at Narrabri in NSW, and on the Tiwi Islands.
